Oskat Forest Park has over 20 kms of maintained tracks set
on 300 acres of farm and forestry land bordered by the
Kaituna River.
For mountain biking we will provide an orientation tour and map to get you going. You will need to provide your own mountain bike. Rates are $30 per person per half day, or $50 for a full day, children half price.
The farm is bordered by the Kaituna River, which is a popular for trout fishing. Basic rates start from $30 per person for river access, but you will need equipment and licenses, which we are happy to arrange. Simply contact us ahead of time for current rates. Children are half price. Accommodation is available at fishing lodge from $15 per person.
Shearing and livestock demonstrations can be arranged for $25 per person per hour.
All accomodation guests have free walking access to tramping tracks across the farm, or guided tramping access at $30 per person per day.
